Grace Potter
Anyone who knows me personally can vouch for the fact that I am completely, 110% enamored with the great and fabulous Grace Potter. Not only does she include every element that I seek to include in my own music, namely empowered vocals, overt passion and poignant lyrics, she is also one of the greatest entertainers I have ever seen. She attacks the stage in a truly unprecedented manner and takes the audience on a roll coaster ride, ranging tender moments, articulated in “Apologies,” to dark and dirty songs like “2:22,” “Joey,” and “Paris (Oh la la).” Grace Potter has singlehandedly changed my entire relationship with music and made me realize that music is something that I simply cannot live without.
